Glow Express Car Wash - Edison

Yesterday I had a great experience at Glow Express Car Wash in Edison. A few days ago, some tree nuts fell on my white car and left quite some very stubborn marks. After the first wash, they were still there, and the staff was happy to let me run the car through again. When some marks still remained, I used the detergent and cleaning supplies available at their facility to scrub them off, then went through the wash once more. The car now looks great! A special thank you to Alexander, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process. I really appreciated his great customer service. The facility itself is also excellent — clean, well equipped, and everything you need is readily available. Great facility, great service, and a very positive experience all around. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this car wash. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you drive up. What really makes this car wash stand out is that they give you everything you need to detail your car yourself. They have free vacuums, clean microfiber towels, interior wipes, and free air fresheners to keep your car smelling great. It is an amazing value and they truly take care of their customers. Big shoutout to Everett for being highly attentive and polite!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and have had a really positive experience overall. The service itself is great, but what stood out the most was their customer support. When I needed to cancel due to moving, they handled everything quickly and professionally with no fees. They even gave me a complimentary extension, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I hope they expand and open a branch in South Jersey soon — I would absolutely return as a customer if they do. Highly recommend!

Iesha was wonderful! Very helpful and attentive, which I have not experienced prior. A hard worker and definitely an asset. She’s a pleasant addition to the team!

I had a free wash coupon and decided to use it today. The place was nice and easy to find, a little smaller than most car washes of this style(sit in your car, vacuum and clean yourself after wash), but thats ok. The attendant at the gate was very nice and explained what I was getting(medium tier wash woth coupon). She also handed me some interior wipes and freshener as well. The wash itself was good and standard that you would find anywhere else. Went to vacuum afterwards and had to wait about a minute since it was packed, I must have went during prime time since there were a decent amount of spots, but we're all being used. They have free towels, as well as two different style vacuum hoses to be able to reach all areas of your Interior. Great experience and would recommend to anyone who needs a wash and doesnt mind cleaning the inside yourself.

I just started the service here, and cant say fully satisfied considering winter season needs a proper wash to remove salt dirty. I feel, its not cleaning enough the back. But with the option for self cleaning and vac, its somehow taken care.
